- Must have a book of business and current medical relationships in and around Collier County- Naples, Florida.
- Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Organizational skills, professional appearance, and service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility in working hours and excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel within and out of territory as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Generate business and meet monthly sales goals.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior communities, SNFs, and ALFs.
- Analyze market territory and create strategic sales plans.
- Maintain accurate account lists and track referrals.
- Exceed sales targets and attend community meetings.
- Develop marketing strategies with the Sales Leader.
- Maintain market awareness and ensure timely admissions.
